- Open Command Prompt As Administrator. Goto C:\Windows\System32\ , then in this folder Right click cmd.exe Click 'run as administrator' Click OK .
- Type These commands in Command Prompt :-
DISKPART>list disk
DISKPART>select disk 1 (Select Your Disk)
DISKPART>clean
DISKPART>create partition primary
DISKPART>active
DISKPART>assign
DISKPART>detail disk (See your drive letter) (Click no When Asked For Format the Drive)
DISKPART>exit
C:\>format F: /fs:fat32 /q (My Drive Letter Is F: enter your drive letter)
then asked Press Y

Now Your USB Drive is Bootable. To Install Operating System Just Copy All File Of OS Disk To The Drive , Boot With USB On BIOS.
